The house features 2 cozy bedrooms: a master bedroom and a children’s room with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with a rustic wood-burning stove, which provides warmth and can be used for cooking and baking. Additional amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), electric heaters in every room, a TV with video-on-demand, a washing machine, and a coffee machine for your comfort. Outside, a spacious private garden of approx. 2,000 m² awaits you. Relax on the sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 25 m²) and take in the open views of meadows and fields. A private grill, outdoor shower, and a cozy polyrattan sun island (in summer) invite you to unwind. There are 2 shared parking spaces and a garage spot. Up to 2 pets are welcome, and small events are possible—please contact us in advance for groups over 6. Bicycle storage is available. A special highlight: The property includes a stable with 3 horse boxes. You are welcome to bring your own horse (for an additional fee). A paddock across the street can be arranged with at least one week’s notice.
