There are 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom and a children’s room with a pull-out bed (160x200), plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen features a rustic wood-burning stove for warmth, which can also be used for cooking and baking. Additional amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, electric heaters in every room, TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, and a coffee machine. Relax in the private garden (approx. 2,000 m²) or on the sunny, open south-facing terrace (approx. 25 m²) with open views of meadows and fields. A private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a summer rattan sun island invite you to unwind. There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house and 1 garage space. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events are allowed; for groups over 6 people, please inform in advance. Bicycle storage is available. All rooms have electric heating, and the bathroom has underfloor heating. Firewood for the stove is provided free of charge. A horse stable with 3 boxes is on the property. You may bring your own horse (for an extra fee); a paddock can be set up opposite by prior arrangement one week in advance.
